CARBONWERKS TERMS OF SERVICE & AFTERMARKET AERODYNAMIC NOTICE

1. OVERVIEW & LEGAL STATUS
This storefront is operated by CarbonWerks. CarbonWerks is an independent aftermarket composite specialist. We design and source performance components compatible with select automotive platforms. CarbonWerks is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Bayerische Motoren Werke AG (BMW) or any of its subsidiaries. The names BMW, M3, M4, M2, and associated chassis codes (G80, G82, G87, F80, F82, F87) are used solely for descriptive fitment identification.

2. AFTERMARKET COMPONENT USE & PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION DISCLAIMER
All aerodynamic exterior body components (including front splitters, rear diffusers, side skirt extensions, spoilers, and mirror covers) are intended strictly for off-highway, show, and track use. Aerodynamic parts are subject to extreme atmospheric forces, vibration, and road debris. Installation MUST be performed by an experienced automotive composite or body technician. CarbonWerks is not responsible for improper installations, lack of structural chassis bracing, failure to use mechanical hardware, or unauthorized modifications.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CarbonWerks, its owners, directors, and manufacturing partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase, installation, or dynamic road use of our components. This includes, without limitation:
• Detachment of aerodynamic components at any speed.
• Collateral vehicle damage, paint blemishes, or bodywork repairs.
• Denial or alteration of vehicle manufacturer or dealership factory warranties.
• Traffic citations, vehicle code violations, or tow expenses.
Under no legal theory shall CarbonWerks liability exceed the original purchase price paid by the customer for the specific item.

4. ARBITRATION & GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
