SHIPPING & RETURNS
All CARBONWERK products are made to order. Production typically takes 3–4 weeks before your order ships. We do not hold inventory on standard products, which allows us to use premium materials without inflating cost.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Free shipping is included on all orders within the United States. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. If you are located outside the United States, please email orders@carbonwerk.com before placing your order so we can provide an accurate shipping quote and delivery timeline for your country. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs agency. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Order Processing
Because every set is made to order, please allow 3–4 weeks for production before shipment. Lead times may vary slightly depending on order volume and material availability. If your order is part of a larger batch or custom configuration, we will communicate any changes to the estimated timeline directly via email.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for standard catalog items (mirror caps) that are unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email orders@carbonwerk.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
Private order items, custom builds, and made-to-spec exterior parts (front lips, diffusers, spoilers, canards, side skirts, and any other private commission item) are non-refundable once production has begun, as these are produced specifically to your configuration and cannot be resold.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@carbonwerk.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or defective products.
