CARBONWERKS SHIPPING & DISPATCH POLICY

1. FULFILLMENT & LOGISTICS MODEL
To maintain structural composite integrity and avoid long-term warehouse storage deformation, CarbonWerks operates on a direct-tier fulfillment framework. Components are dispatched via priority air line-haul directly from our specialized composite manufacturing facilities or routed through our Southern California operations hub.

2. ESTIMATED PROCESSING & TRANSIT TIMELINES
- Pre-Shipment Inspection & Curing Bench Review: 2–5 business days. Every component undergoes rigorous quality control, clear-coat inspection, tab verification, and custom foam encasement prior to packaging.
- Global Express Air Transit: 5–10 business days. Shipments are transported via dedicated express air cargo and handed off to domestic couriers (including FedEx, DHL, or regional postal partners) for final-mile delivery.
- Total Target Delivery Window: 8–15 business days from order confirmation.
Please note that transit windows are operational targets, not legally binding arrival guarantees. Unforeseen courier air capacity constraints, weather disruptions, or domestic customs inspections are outside CarbonWerks' direct control and do not constitute grounds for mid-transit cancellation or unauthorized refund requests.

3. TRACKING, DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & THEFT DISCLAIMER
- Automated Tracking: Live courier tracking links are dispatched via email as soon as parcels clear initial intake processing.
- Proof of Delivery: Delivery confirmation scans provided by the designated courier—including GPS carrier timestamps, photographic proof, or signed intake—serve as final, conclusive legal proof of order completion.
- Porch Piracy & Secure Drop Locations: Customers are strictly responsible for providing a secure and accurate delivery address. CarbonWerks is not liable for lost, stolen, or intercepted packages once a confirmed delivery scan is recorded at the destination address. We strongly advise monitoring tracking updates and having packages received in person.
- Unclaimed Parcels: Packages returned to sender due to customer absence, invalid shipping details, or refusal to collect from a local courier access point are subject to round-trip freight costs and restocking deductions prior to re-shipment or credit.

4. US DOMESTIC CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For standard orders delivered within the contiguous United States, all import clearance fees, standard customs tariffs, and air freight logistics charges are pre-absorbed by CarbonWerks. No unexpected customs brokerage COD fees will be due upon arrival.

5. ORDER MODIFICATIONS IN TRANSIT
Once an order has entered final boxing or courier dispatch, delivery addresses cannot be re-routed, nor can orders be canceled. All address corrections must be submitted within twelve (12) hours of initial order placement.
