TERMS OF SERVICE

Products. CARBONWERK products are aftermarket automotive accessories. Some products are intended for off-road or show use and may not comply with all local, state, or federal vehicle regulations. Compliance with applicable laws is the buyer's sole responsibility.

Installation. Professional installation is strongly recommended for all products and required for structural panels (hoods, trunk lids). CARBONWERK is not liable for any damage arising from installation or use, including but not limited to hood strut compatibility, drilling or mounting hardware, adhesive application, or panel adjustment. Carbon fiber hoods require replacement or adjustment of OEM hood struts; guidance is provided, and failure to address struts may damage the part and voids the warranty.

Assumption of risk. Modification of a vehicle carries inherent risk. By purchasing, the buyer assumes all risk associated with the installation and use of aftermarket parts on their vehicle.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CARBONWERK's total liability for any claim arising from a product or order is limited to the purchase price of that product. CARBONWERK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including vehicle damage, loss of use, or installation costs.

Made-to-order terms. All orders are custom-produced. Payment authorizes production. The cancellation window and final-sale terms in the Refund & Return Policy apply to every order, including orders placed by invoice.

Pre-shipment verification. Customers receive photos of their finished part before shipment. Approval or 48 hours' silence after photos are sent constitutes acceptance to ship.

Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback in place of the documented claim process for an order fulfilled under these terms constitutes a breach of these terms. All order terms are presented at checkout and in invoice documentation.

Trademarks. CARBONWERK products are aftermarket parts. They are not manufactured, sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with BMW AG or its subsidiaries. All vehicle model designations (e.g., M2, M3, M4, chassis codes) are used solely for fitment identification.

Partner orders. Orders placed under the CARBONWERK Partner Program are additionally governed by the Partner Program terms confirmed with each partner.
