REFUND POLICY

All CARBONWERK parts are made to order.

Cancellations. Orders may be cancelled within a limited window before production begins (typically 2–3 business days after payment), minus a 25% processing fee. Once production begins, orders are final and non-refundable.

Shipping damage & manufacturing defects. Every part is covered against shipping damage and manufacturing defects. Before opening your delivery, photograph the crate/packaging from all sides, then video the unboxing. Report any damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video to orders@carbonwerk.co — claims cannot be processed without this documentation. Verified claims are resolved by replacement or refund at our discretion.

Warranty. Dry carbon parts carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, including clear coat. The warranty excludes damage from installation, modification, accidents, track use, or improper care.

Not covered. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference on color/weave/finish, or fitment issues on vehicles with undisclosed modifications. Fitment is confirmed with every customer before production begins — please disclose any modifications to your vehicle at the time of order.
