REFUND POLICY
Made-to-Order Nature of Our Products
All CARBONWERK products, including standard catalog items, are made to order and sourced internationally. Because each piece is produced specifically for your order rather than pulled from domestic stock, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for standard catalog items once production has begun, except in cases of damage, defect, or manufacturing error.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products and the logistics involved in international sourcing, all sales are final once an order enters production. We are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect finish selection, or change of mind. Please review your order carefully — chassis, finish, and quantity — before completing checkout, as we are unable to modify or cancel orders once production has started.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase and before production has begun. After this window, the order is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@carbonwerk.com with your order number and photos. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost. This is the only circumstance under which a replacement or refund will be issued.
Private Orders and Custom Builds
Full exterior builds and private commissions are final sale and non-refundable once production begins, with no exceptions outside of damage or defect upon arrival.
